TierraCare shall not be liable for any damages, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the service/product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan and the laws of the United States applicable therein. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
LATE FEE: Balances not paid within 7 days of the due date will incur a one-time late fee of 2% of the overdue amount. Thereafter, a monthly service charge of 1.5% (or the maximum rate allowed by state law, whichever is lower) will accrue on the total overdue balance until paid in full.
METHOD: Please pay using the secure Stripe payment link or QR code provided.
